On 1 January 2011, Poolia launched Poolia Executive Search AB. The increased effort to grow will result in the strengthening of Poolia's customer offering with regard to the recruitment of senior managers.
Three search consultants, Lennart Cagnell, Rickard Thorgren and Ola Nilsson, formerly of Horton International, are partners in the company. Maria Eriksson, with many years of experience as a managerial recruitment consultant and line manager, has been appointed Managing Director of Poolia Executive Search AB.

Poolia has over 20 years of successful experience with the recruitment of qualified professionals such as managers and specialists, and is now further developing its customer offering through this investment.

The business is based in Stockholm but caters for clients throughout the country.
