Poolia's new MD and CEO - Monika Elling

Monika Elling (48) is taking over as new MD and CEO of staffing company Poolia

Monika has extensive experience from service companies in various senior positions, including COO at the Arrow Lock Group in USA, analyst at SEB Enskilda Securities in Stockholm, Head of Business Development within Securitas and at Intrum Justitia Monika was CFO and Regional Manager.

"As an analyst and Board member, I've been monitoring Poolia. I'm impressed by the competence, quality and commitment that characterise Poolia. I see tremendous potential in the company and want to continue to develop the company together with Poolia's experienced employees. We aim to strengthen Poolia's position in the market for customers who need qualified, experienced professionals," says Monika Elling.

Monika Elling is a native of Småland and grew up in a family company. She graduated in Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics together with MBA studies at McGill University in Canada, as well as a Mechanical Engineering qualification from Teknikum Växjö.
